Lots of compliments on how beautiful the house was, one lady scheduled another appointment with me Sat. At 10am to show her husband. A couple people didn’t like the Kanan noise.

Beautifully redone. Had a chemical smell. Probably because air wasn’t running until I got there. 2 groups were neighbors. 4 groups without agents.

Master bedroom facing Kanan was an issue for one buyer. Others loved the floor plan and quality of upgrades.

Some loved the house, some wanted white and gray, 3 neighbors just looking, good news most came in off the signs! The ones liked the house had a problem with the noise from Kanan.

interior of the home gets very positive response, people remark on the warmth, doors, floorplan ease. Landscaping is positive. Road is mentioned consistently but 2 visitors still seem very interested. One mentioned price is too high considering road.
