Seller feedback -Hi, sorry for the delay had unexpected company yesterday that stayed almost whole day. Probably had over 30 people between both days, 11 on Saturday and 20+ on Sunday. (mostly couples) About half came via boat dock. We put an open house sign on the dock. One couple seem to be very interested on Sunday came from Internet. Other very interested couple I have spoken to several times before brought his wife here and she flipped over the house. Chinese neighbor came here for third time. Telling us she has a relative from Hong Kong wanting to come here. Realtor stop by with client and client got a call that had to go home immediately will call to reschedule. Excellent feedback from everyone mostly looksloos from electric boats. I will follow up on fellow named Matt that we had spoken to before and actually wanted to trade his house in Malibu for this one. He lives in Westlake, on the concrete company did all the work here in Seabridge. Other interested Iranian couple wanted to know if the furniture was included in price. Stayed here about 40 minutes and look through the house several times.🤗 It was a great weekend the weather was perfect Jim and I were both happy with the turnout. Both days were busy constantly we did not sit for a minute.
