Client likes the neighborhood, the house, beautifully well maintained, but she is concerned about the steps from the living area to the bedroom. Her in-laws will stay with them.

Very over priced and too boxy, a million over priced.

They love their old home and they said if it was priced to the current market they would buy it in an instant. Neither I, nor they can substantiate the current price or anywhere near it. It’s a shame because they love it. But truly they are thinking 3.4-3.6 offer based off of what else they saw this past weekend.

Great location, nice indoor outdoor space, good privacy, bedrooms are good size, needs some updating, like that it’s gated, husband is a golfer liked the size of the garage. They're looking for a little more updated but he was really drawn to the golf course potential.

Great location, lot feels very private even with the golf course views, backyard had a resort feel, living area to patio is a nice feature, price seems high, home needs updates to kitchen and bathrooms, love the private/gated neighborhood.
