Need update the kitchen and bathrooms, no closet door. The neighbor's dog is barking all the time while doing open house, 3 clients are upset about that. The grass is turning yellow, not good appealing.

Overall the feedback was great, the yard was a huge plus and no one was bothered by the road noise. Also the upstairs bonus room was a great hit. A neighbor up the street discussed how some people in the area had re-modeled the same model by adding space into the the kitchen to add an island. An agent mentioned that it would have been great if the kitchen was updated for the price...
Most everyone loved the property, the kitchen was a bit small for 2 of the people who came in. One agent came in by herself and said if the price was lowered it might work for her clients. Everyone loved the bonus room upstairs, the hardwood and the yard although one person said it would not work for his son and his wife because of the road noise.
Love the floor plan, the furnitures, bright and open. Negative: kitchen and master bedroom’s bath is out dated.
Buyers and neighbors thought it's a great floorplan and the lot is beautiful and usable. Negative: The house is next to Avenida De Los Arboles and it is a busy street, it's not quiet.
