Today was a little slower than other open houses, maybe due to the the cold and rain. We still had 12 come by. Feedback-Great

A little slower today due to rain but we still had 15 groups today, 3 seemed to show interest in possibly submitting an offer, I will follow up with the agents.

Great open house, 22 groups, most seemed to like the price improvement, home has good flow, well kept, I would say about 1/3 of them stayed for a good length of time, 6 people came with agents.

Great home, feels small, love the windows, a lot of good light, the price seems high, nice upgrades, love the neighborhood, easy access to shops and freeway, private backyard but needs landscaping. We had someone come back from last weekend for a second showing.

Love the Neighborhood, great location, nice private back yard, nice updates, nice floor plan, love the new windows, much better location than the other 2 similar listings, price seems high, no pool, bedrooms seem small.
Home shows great, nice upgrades, home seems a little small, love the new windows, good size back yard, lots of privacy, like the upgrades, needs landscaping in the back yard, like the floor plan, don't like that there isn't direct access to the house from garage, great neighborhood, price seemed a little high.
