Good layout, bathrooms need updating, great lot and privacy. Downstairs bedroom is a plus and 4 car garage. Buyers who came to last open house came back for another showing/discussing with their agent. Working on setting up a second showing for a buyer that came in and wants to bring his wife this week. Shows well, great space and floor plan, needs some updating, not a fan of the travertine. Nice home, price seems high, great kitchen, new flooring needed upstairs. Beautiful home, love the large family room and wine cellar is great, love the outdoor space and outdoor dining area.
Good flow, great entry and natural light, a couple people didn’t like the location of the office, downstairs bedroom is a plus, price seemed high due to bathrooms needing upgrades and adding flooring upstairs, great privacy, family room is a great space, back yard and lot will sell the home.
An agent who previewed last weekend sent her client today and she wants to set up a second showing with her designer possibly next week. I’ve reached out to the agent and following up to coordinate.
We had another second showing from someone that came yesterday.
The backyard is beautiful. The house is dated. The price is high.
