Great neighborhood and area, kitchen is great, love the pool, love the views, good privacy, home still needs updating, needs floors, need to update bathrooms, home shows great but price seems high, good size bedrooms, master bathroom is good size but master bath seems small, only 3 bedrooms, lots of natural light, nice windows, downstairs tile needs to be updated. 2 people that came for second showings.

Great neighborhood, nice back yard and views, upgrades are nice but bathrooms still need updates, pool is nice, private back yard, well kept and maintained. Great kitchen, lots of good light from the windows, price seems a bit high.

Home shows very well, lots of good light, love the upgrades, only 3 bedrooms, downstairs bedroom is a plus, great golf course views, nice pool, back yard seems small, master and bedroom bath need upgrading.
