Home shows well, was looking for a home with pool but good sized lot, nice updates.

Great home, nice updates, proximity to the freeway is the biggest drawback, one person did ask if the home would be available for rent.

People seemed to like the house but could not fully get over the proximity to freeway, I’m following up with an agent regarding her clients.

Showing completed, went well, they were here for a good 20 min, liked all the updates and the road noise did not seem to be an issue, they are still outside talking to their Realtor, I’ll see if I can get some additional feedback from their agent.

We had 11 people today, 2 showed increased interest, I will be following up. Similar feedback, main concern is the freeway noise, home shows well, love the upgrades, oven is very small, good size private lot, enough room for a pool.
