Pro- good upgrades, spacious living spaces, kitchen is great. Con-no gas, right side of house has poor ac air flow, needs TLC along the fence.

Love the French oak floor, the open concept, the kitchen. Negative: the price is too high in this neighborhood even though it’s completely updated. Ideal price for this house is under 1M. It’s close to the busy street, too close to the school, noise and busy. The fence in the yard doesn’t match million dollar house in this neighborhood.
