Ernest Yturriaga began his real estate career in 1998, learning every aspect of the business. In 2005, he received his real estate license, and began working with clients buying and selling homes, in addition to specializing in Foreclosures. After several years as a Foreclosure Department Manager, he switched courses to pursue his passion for Culinary Arts, which would later complement his real estate work. He is a Le Cordon Bleu graduate, attended the Italian Culinary Institute for Foreigners and apprenticed at Ristorante Andreina in Loreto, Italy. Back in the States, he joined Scratch Restaurants where he worked his way to Executive Sous Chef and now assists Scratch with opening new locations. Thanks to his culinary background and expertise, Ernest also caters SGA Open House and Premiere events while concurrently assisting clients with home sales.
