SG Associates’ co-founder, Galen Callahan is another 805 native, having grown up in beautiful Santa Barbara, California. Now, let this whirlwind mother of 5 small children help you find the perfect family home for you adults, as well as your children. Galen is the expert! She will make sure all the pieces fit together, sharing her knowledge of family-friendly home basics – bedrooms, bathrooms, floor plans, to pool (or not) – especially for you. Her intimate, first-hand knowledge of school districts, park locations, and commute times, has you covered. And she can point you to all the wonderful children’s activities in our communities – sports, entertainment, music or even gymnastics or yoga classes! Lean on her, and don’t be surprised if she becomes a lifelong friend. Galen is also SG Associates’ contract expert, and actually loves the intricacies of the myriad documents that may arise, to make sure you are fully signed, sealed and delivered!
