Jacob Evans is a Westlake Village resident and Realtor who is no newcomer to finding homes. Having served as a Marine Corps Officer for the last 17 years, Jacob is a transition expert having moved his family across the country, and around the globe, finding that “just right home” for his two daughters and wife, Candice. Jacob has taken the listening skills, perseverance, and research abilities he has acquired while simultaneously being a dad to two young girls, serving as an active duty Marine and obtaining his master’s degree, and applied that commitment, enthusiasm and understanding to home hunting and buying real estate.
Understanding trends and market conditions, Jacob knows how to buy and sell homes regardless of what type of market is trending, and each decision is bolstered with his data-driven analysis. His personal experiences investing in real estate and navigating new construction projects coupled with off market purchases, and life transition sales enumerate Jacob’s problem solving abilities to his clients’ benefit. An adventurer at heart, Jacob can be found out in the community making waves in the lakes and oceans or exploring the mountain tops, mountain biking and snowboarding.
