Nancy Van Volkinburg

Another native Californian, Nancy was raised in the Bay Area and moved with her husband to the Conejo Valley in 1996. Together, they raised six children in this valley and she has firsthand knowledge of several schools, as well as many extracurricular activities around town. In the year 2000, Nancy obtained her real estate license, opting only to use it for personal acquisitions while her children were young. In 2014, Nancy went to work with a well known real estate company where she acquired a skill set that included working with buyers, sellers, and property management. Her background as a former paralegal gives her a perspective which is useful in negotiations; and her experience as a full-time mother gave her the ability to multitask with efficiency and grace. Nancy has been involved in many clubs and activities in the Conejo Valley for over 25 years and her connections to the community enable her to market your home with ease and confidence.
